Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the software in depth and translate product knowledge into user-friendly content
Write clear and concise knowledge base articles
Create short engaging explainer videos to demonstrate product features and processes
Develop supporting materials such as PDFs checklists and infographics
Maintain consistent tone style and branding across all content
Collaborate with the team to identify common client questions and content needs
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills clear crisp and professional
Proven experience creating instructional or product-related content
Skills in video creation and editing
Ability to design and produce downloadable learning resources
Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or software product training
Familiarity with knowledge base platforms or learning management systems
Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite)
