The Role
As a Team Lead within ARK by KOMI Content Services you will oversee the sourcing quality control and management of visual video content across digital platforms. You will lead and support a small team of Content Researchers in daily operations - fostering development maintaining performance and collaborating across departments to optimise workflows. Youll contribute to strategic planning monitor performance data and stay current with industry trends.
Youll have a passion for social media be a good team leader be resourceful and have strong communication skills. Youll understand what audiences like who are great at identifying viral videos before they go big and are able to work on client briefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt down top video content across digital platforms archives and social media.
- Confidentially reach out to contributors to acquire permission to share their content.
- Ensure videos meet our high standards and align with client preferences.
- Maintain a high level of organisation by tracking discovered videos and logging essential details in our database for you and the team.
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a small team ensuring alignment with wider company objectives.
- Provide coaching support and feedback to team members to encourage development and growth.
- Facilitate regular team meetings one-to-ones and performance reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support smooth workflows and communication.
