Now were looking for German-speaking Content Moderators to join our Lisbon team and help ensure safe positive and engaging experiences on social media platforms.
What Youll Do
As a Content Moderator you will:

Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines
-
Assess and handle reported issues within agreed turnaround times

Monitor user behavior and enforce community policies
-
Apply content standards consistently across diverse and sensitive scenarios
-
Escalate complex issues when necessary
-
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
-
Contribute to service improvements and platform safety
What Were Looking For
Youre a great fit if you:

Speak and write German fluently (C1 level)
-
Communicate confidently in English (B2 level)

Hold a college degree or equivalent diploma
-
Have experience or strong interest in social media and digital platforms
-
Bring prior experience in content moderation or similar roles
-
Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
-
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and cultural awareness
