Content Moderator (Italian-Speaking) Social Media
Lisbon Portugal (On-Site)
We are looking for Italian-speaking Content Moderators to join our team in Lisbon and support one of the worlds leading social media platforms. This is your chance to build a career in a fast-growing industry while helping ensure a safe and engaging online environment.
Your Role

Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform policies

Ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with community standards

Escalate sensitive issues when needed

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
What Were Looking For

Fluency in Italian (C1 written and spoken)

Good English skills (B2)

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

Interest in digital platforms (knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus)

Ability to multitask learn quickly and work under pressure
