Champion Physical Therapy is seeking an efficient detail-focused Data Entry Typist to support the administrative workflows of our outpatient clinics. Your precise and reliable typing skills will help ensure accurate documentation streamline operations and support our goal of delivering top-quality patient care.
Accurately type and enter patient and clinical information into digital systems including treatment notes demographics appointment details billing and coding data.
Proofread entries carefully to catch and correct typographical mistakes inconsistencies or incomplete information.
Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical staff to confirm data accuracy and clarify any unclear or missing details.
Organize and update electronic records maintaining a clean well-structured documentation system.
Monitor incoming documentation that requires typing or data input and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Assist with basic reporting or summaries as requested preparing data-driven insights for administrative use or audit preparation.
Adhere strictly to data privacy and confidentiality standards when handling all documentation.
Proactively suggest improvements to typing workflows or templates to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Exceptional typing speed with strong accuracy attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Comfortable working with computer systems proficient in common office tools like word processors spreadsheets and file management interfaces.
Strong written communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members when clarifying information.
Discipline and reliability especially in managing workload and deadlines in an administrative context.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive patient information and documentation.
Prior experience in an administrative or data entry role is a plus though a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued.
