Rresponsible for overall development of trainees
Qualifications :
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
8 -12 years of industrial experience in trainining & development flexi manpower management
Strong understanding of hiring training activities customer audits etc.
Experience in handlining high-volume hiring and training process
Positive attitude.
Communication skill
Presentation Skill
Interpersonal skill
