Key Responsibilities :-

1. Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job ads on various platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening of resumes.
Maintain candidate databases.
2. Employee Onboarding:
Help with the onboarding process of new hires (documentation orientation etc.).
Prepare employee files and ensure all HR records are up to date.
3. HR Operations:
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Salary Process and payroll preparation and coordination with finance if needed.
Help in processing employee requests regarding HR policies benefits etc.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure proper maintenance of employee records (digitally or physically).
Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
5. General Administrative Tasks:
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Handle correspondence and other administrative duties as needed.
