Objective:
To manage and support all HR functions within the organization including recruitment
employee relations performance management benefits administration and compliance
ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance
management.
Assist managers in setting performance goals conducting evaluations and
providing feedback.
Develop and conduct training programs to address performance and skills gaps.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee salary administration including job evaluations and salary adjustments.
Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance retirement
plans and other perks.
Ensure competitive compensation practices and compliance with legal
requirements.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Update and maintain the employee handbook and ensure consistent application
of policies.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates recruitment effectiveness
and employee engagement.
Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding HR performance
and trends.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
Organize team-building activities employee recognition programs and feedback
surveys.
Recruitment and Staffing (Preferred)
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings candidate
screening interviewing and hiring.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job
descriptions.
