Brief Job Description:
1. Handling generic queries through various modes (phone calls in person and emails)
2. Handling activities associated with Outlook administration
3. Managing and updating scheme-related trackers
4. Managing data entry tasks across the system and Excel sheets
5. Managing document uploads -both the system and shared storage locations
6. Preparing financial documents and payment records
7. Preparing the required sheets for interview processing
8. Compiling and organising interview-related documents
Key Accountability:
1. Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into designated systems databases or trackers maintaining consistency
completeness and adherence to data quality standards
2. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
3. Lead data management efforts including regular tracker updates and digital records on shared platforms like
OneDrive
4. Maintain effective communication and interpersonal relationships within the team
