| Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales operations within the designated region ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives. Team Handling & Development: Manage mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team goals. Provide training support and coaching to enhance team performance. Key Account Management: Handle key accounts across institutions government industrial and corporate sectors ensuring strong relationships and repeat business. Lead Generation & Channel Partner Development: Generate leads through cold calling direct visits and referrals. Identify and appoint suitable channel partners within the region to expand market reach. Team & Partner Development: Support and mentor channel partners providing guidance to help them achieve set objectives. Provide product training and business support to ensure success. Product Sales: Promote and sell a range of commercial water purifiers integrated water coolers dispensers water vending machines and pre-treatment systems like sand filters softeners and lab water purification systems. Targeted Sales: Focus on selling ultrapure water solutions for molecular research hybrid technology laboratories hospitals pathology labs and pharmaceutical industries. Market Insights: Monitor the competitive landscape and share insights on competitive products. Conduct product sampling and ensure smooth product launches in the region.
