Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering leadership training programs.
Collaborate with managers to identify leadership development needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and learning sessions for team members.
Support strategic projects aimed at improving organizational culture and leadership capacity.
Maintain records and reports on leadership program outcomes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or related field.
13 years of experience in leadership training coaching or organizational development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
