Essential Job Functions
- Leads and mentors the recruiting and onboarding team fostering a collaborative results driven culture.
- Oversees the full-cycle recruitment process including managing day-to-day activities such as job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and selection.
- Maintains a strong understanding of the ongoing hiring needs of CCV and establishes the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent that matches CCVs values and culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers ministry leads and cross-functional teams to understand hiring requirements develop and update job descriptions meet hiring needs provide regular updates and report on outcomes.
- Execute and partner with the Operations Lead in deploying the established recruiting strategy through networking careers fairs social media channels and the use of resume databases.
- Leverage data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and selection outcomes.
- Lead all process improvement efforts in the hiring process including screening and evaluating candidates communication interviews and assessments and selection.
- Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a robust candidate pool for openings and coordinating placement of candidates across campus and central roles.
- Stay up to date on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Qualifications :
External Candidates:
- Strong understanding of CCVs culture core values and fundamentals.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment or Human Resources for a multi-site church or nonprofit organization is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates is preferred.
Internal Candidates:
- Exemplifies CCVs culture core values and fundamentals.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Minimum 3-5 years on staff
- Campus experience and a strong understanding of campus positions are preferred.
- Leadership experience managing 2-3 staff members on a campus or central team.
