The Manager of Production Injection Molding leads daily operations in injection molding to ensure efficiency quality and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include full personnel management (evaluations development discipline training) workforce planning (vacations staffing adjustments) and maintaining smooth production with authority to take corrective action. The role oversees onboarding compliance with safety/operational training and audit readiness. Key tasks include daily KPI reporting (output performance scrap) scheduling service/maintenance supporting personnel and CAPEX planning resolving complaints/deviations driving projects (e.g. CNQ KT) and collaborating with production technical service customer service leadership HR and works council.
Qualifications :
Associates or technical degree in a trade/engineering field; additional certifications or training (e.g. Technician Master or equivalent) strongly preferred.
At least 5 years of production management experience including direct people leadership.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes production workflows and value chain management with specific expertise in injection molding and assembly.
Demonstrated success leading teams in a production environment including coaching performance management and employee development.

Process development and DoE according to Gx process finding techniques
Statistical analysis of DoEs incl. creation of result report
Master Molder II (decoupled molding)
Skilled in workforce planning scheduling and resource allocation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as MES and ERP systems.
Execution of initial functional testing of injection molds
Development of injection molding processes with help of scientific techniques
Preparation execution and analysis of experimental designs (DOE)
Accurate documentation of the complete processing phase
Execution of final qualification runs in production environment (clean room)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
