We are looking for a Reservation Supervisor to join our hotels reservation department someone who prioritizes guest satisfaction has strong communication skills and a disciplined detail-oriented work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the reservations department
Process incoming reservation requests in a timely and organized manner
Monitor online travel agencies (OTAs) and manage rate distributions
Collaborate with the sales department to contribute to occupancy and revenue goals
Guide train and evaluate the performance of the reservations team
Actively use reservation systems (such as Opera)
Support management through reporting and analysis
Effectively utilize systems and portals used in the reservation process
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Graduated from Vocational Schools or Universities in Tourism and Hotel Management
Experienced in reservations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera reservation system
Committed to continuously improving service quality
Enjoys analysis and data-driven thinking

Strong problem-solving skills
