Job Summary
- Sahadaki 3PL ve FL kurye operasyonlarından sorumlu olacak
- Merkez ekiplerle koordinasyon sağlayarak kurye tutundurma ve uyumluluk süreçlerini takip edecek
- Saha kurye denetimlerini yapacak
- Kuryelerin bölge ihtiyaçlarına göre çalışma saatlerini organize edecek
- Kurye ihtiyaçlarına istinaden bölgelerde kurye bulma konularında destek olacak
- Bölgede işbaşı yapan kuryelerin onboarding süreçlerini takip edecek
- Kurye ekipman ve envanter süreçlerinin takip ve kontrolünü yapacak
- Sorumluluk alanındaki bölge performans metriklerini periyodik olarak takip edecek ve gerektiğinde aksiyon alabilecek.
Qualifications :
- Üniversitelerin ön lisans veya lisans bölümlerinden mezun
- Lojistik saha operasyonları alanında tecrübeli
- Tercihen kurye operasyonu deneyimi olan
- Microsoft Office programlarını (özellikle Excel) kullanabilen
- Planlama ve iş takibi yapabilen
- İletişimi yüksek ikna ve problem çözme becerisine sahip
- B sınıfı ehliyet sahibi tercihen SRC ve Psikoteknik belgelerine sahip
- Esnek çalışma saatlerine ve yoğun iş temposuna uyum gösterebilecek
- İzmir ilinde ikamet eden.
