- Is authorised for all recruitments legal procedures rules concerning disciplinary action and remuneration performance assessments health and security rules.
- Oversee the hotels end-to-end recruitment process including needs analysis job postings interviews offers and onboarding.
- Partner closely with department heads to understand and define hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies participate in career fairs and build strong external partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze employee turnover trends providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support payroll and personnel administration processes when required.
- Act jointly with the section manager or department managers to identify human resources needs.
- Responsible for ensuring that the committee meetings are held.
- Keep all records required by the hotel management and competent authorities in an accurate timely and proper manner.
- Follow-up the procedures for new recruits and employees that have left the company.
- Ensure that procedures related to the Social Security Administration (SSK) Regional Labour Directorate and Employment Agency are monitored.
- Obtain work permits and residence permits for expatriates.
- Ensure that assistance is provided to solve employee problems.
- Take part in the Emergency Response Teams.
- Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel maagement not specified in the job description.
- To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- To attend training and meetings as and when required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Human Resources Psychology Labor Economics Business Administration etc.)
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or service industry
- Good command of English
- Proficient in using MS Office programs
- Preferably with HRWeb experience
- Knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security regulations
- Knowledgeable about recruitment and expat processes
- Proficient in interview techniques and experienced in candidate assessment processes
- Strong communication analytical and planning skills
- A team player with a solution-oriented mindset and strong follow-up skills.
