Paid ads Specialist will join DGreat Solutions playing a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing online visibility
for our clients. With a strong focus on strategy plan launch and optimisation of paid campaigns. Paid ads
Specialist will ensure our clients achieve their digital marketing addition to Media buying responsibilities
Paid ads Specialist will contribute to media design and Go High Level automation projects as needed showcasing
his versatility and technical expertise.
What Youll Do:
You ll be the kind of person who:
- Plan launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta TikTok and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research audience targeting and bid strategy optimization to maximize ROI.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives landing pages and audience segments to improve CTR and conversions.
- Monitor daily performance and make data-driven optimizations (bids budgets targeting) to improve ROAS.
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking pixels conversion APIs and UTM parameters to ensure accurate attribution.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on platform changes industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage paid ad campaigns for a minimum of 15 to 20 clients including
- Lead generation for service-based businesses.
- Sales-driven ads for e-commerce/online shopping businesses.
- Develop Go-High-level-based funnels integrating ads with CRM automation(optional) Client Management:
- Manage between 15 to 20 clients simultaneously ensuring all Paid ads tasks are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients facing team to understand clients goals and provide tailored
- Paid ads solutions.
- Additional Responsibilities (if portfolio is not full):
- Assist with media design and creative projects ensuring websites and landing pages are visually appealing user-friendly and optimised for performance.
- Create media designs including graphics banners and other visual content to support marketing campaigns.

- Must be experienced in planning launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta TikTok and other platforms.
- Knowledge of implementing A/B testing is required.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Oversee the social media strategy for the company. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Utilize data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or relevant digital marketing role. Proficiency in using digital marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and similar platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
