Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across multiple international regions
- Communicate with freight carriers and forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
- Oversee customs documentation and clearance for international shipments
- Maintain and analyze logistical data using Excel and reporting tools
- Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Experience in international or multi-country logistics coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations (preferred not required)
- Experience in the medical or wellness sector (a plus)
- Familiarity with customs clearance and documentation processes
