Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are urgently searching for a highly experienced and fiercely independent Sr. Google Ads Specialist with lead generation experience. This role demands an analytical data-obsessed PPC expert who thrives on finding insights testing hypotheses and aggressively optimizing campaigns for growth.
You must have deep experience managing large budgets national-scale initiatives and a strong track record of driving performance autonomously. If you are proactive strategic and passionate about continuous improvement this is the role for you.
What will you do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search Display Video PMax and Shopping.
- Continuously monitor performance and make proactive data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct deep analysis to improve CTR CVR ROAS and overall profitability.
- Run structured A/B tests creative tests bidding experiments and landing page optimizations.
- Provide clear before/after optimization documentation with insights and reasoning.
- Prepare reports that highlight trends results and strategic recommendations.
- Efficiently manage large budgets and national campaigns ensuring proper pacing and allocation.
Requirements
You might be the one we are looking for if you
- At least 3 years of experience in Google Ads
- Knowledge in Google Ads including search display and shopping campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Experience in data analysis using Excel Google Sheets or BI tools
- Ability to think creatively and test new ad strategies.
- Are fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- Include the word Google Ads Pro in your resume or cover letter so we know youre detail-oriented.
- Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
- Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).
- Are available full time 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
- Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
