Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 15 years of relevant sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong network and relationships within the Philippine payment ecosystem.
- Proven success in surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating market insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills focused on team development and mentorship.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue goals and increase market share. Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team providing clear direction and support. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement innovation and excellence within the sales department. - New Client Acquisition:
Employ a proactive hunter approach to identify and engage new clients including banks financial institutions retailers and other businesses. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently pursuing new opportunities. Foster and develop strategic partnerships to broaden market reach. - Account Management:
Manage existing client accounts to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction. Work closely with the account management team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client base. Address and resolve escalated client concerns promptly and effectively. - Market Expertise:
Keep abreast of industry trends regulations and emerging technologies in the payment ecosystem. Use your deep understanding of the Philippine payment landscape to customize solutions to local market needs. Provide valuable market insights to inform product development and strategic planning. - Digital Transformation:
Promote the companys digital transformation services to clients seeking to enhance their online capabilities. Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
