Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product or service information, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

Provide detailed information about products and services

Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately

Qualifications:
