Job Summary
Provide quality service to guests by ensuring prompt and courteous service following procedures and which exceeds the minimum standards.
Provide guest F & B services in a sequenced manner.
Prepare mis-en-place for the following shift set up for the subsequent shift.
Qualifications :
High school diploma
1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash
Certified Food Handler Valid until Year
Excellent customer service communication and teamwork skills
Additional Information :
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
