Process Optimization

Cost and Risk Management

- Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs and managing potential risks.

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.

Qualifications :

• 3 years experience in process improvement automation or data analytics within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as RPA and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and optimizing processes.
• Proven ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP ERP. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in cost analysis process optimization and the implementation of efficiency projects.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain practices with experience in driving operational efficiencies.
• A customer-focused mindset with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Commitment to continuous learning staying updated on trends in automation digitalization and data analytics.
