Your mission
As a Fleet & Commercial Support Coordinator at BYD Iberia you will ensure that our company-owned fleet (press marketing training and B2B) is always available in perfect condition and ready to provide the best brand experience during commercial activities demonstrations vehicle loans events and dynamic tests.
You will also play a key role in supporting the B2B team by efficiently managing administrative processes related to the fleet and commercial operations enabling the team to focus on what matters most: developing clients and new business opportunities.
What Youll Be Doing
Fleet Administration & B2B Support
- Register and update fleet data in internal systems (vehicle entries exits loans maintenance).
- Prepare and track documentation related to vehicle loans deliveries returns additions or removals.
- Manage keys vehicle documents delivery checklists and periodic reports on availability.
- Support the preparation of fleet usage and activity reports for the B2B team.
Fleet Operations
- Custody and physically manage company vehicles.
- Receive deliver and coordinate internal and external vehicle loans.
- Supervise cleanliness charging (for BEVs) fluid levels and tires.
- Inspect for damages report incidents and coordinate with providers for cleaning maintenance or minor repairs.
Logistics & Support for Commercial Activities
- Organize vehicle loan schedules optimizing availability for press marketing training and B2B.
- Assist in the logistical preparation of events presentations and dynamic tests with corporate clients.
- Coordinate deliveries to corporate clients dealerships or press.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years experience in fleet management logistics dealerships or administrative departments.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles is a plus.
- Valid drivers license (B category).
- Autonomous organized able to prioritize and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel email databases).
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset (internal and external).
Additional Valued Skills
- Experience with demo vehicles or in dynamic testing/events.
- Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems.
- Administrative experience in commercial or B2B areas.
- Residence near northern Madrid is a plus.
