Job Description
Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Support in managing CRM entries lead tracking and follow-ups (Zoho CRM/other tools).
Engage with potential customers through calls emails and social media platforms.
Prepare sales reports presentations and proposals under the guidance of senior team members.
Shadow sales meetings and learn the end-to-end sales cycle.
Contribute ideas for sales campaigns promotions and client engagement activities.
Requirements
Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Business Marketing Commerce or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales marketing and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of Zoho tools is a plus.
Self-motivated eager to learn and target-driven.
