Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary link between the agency and our clients ensuring smooth operations strong relationships and delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset hands-on client management and the ability to guide junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Digitology with clients and external partners building long-term trust and collaboration.
Mentor and guide assigned Account Executives working hand-in-hand to deliver the best results.
Manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts from receiving briefs to final delivery.
Liaise with suppliers manage quotations and oversee successful project execution.
Ensure all client deliverables meet deadlines with proper planning and quality control.
Conduct thorough research on client industries brands and competitors to provide strategic recommendations.
Develop account strategies aligned with client growth plans and lead client renewals.
Anticipate and resolve client issues maintaining a positive relationship at all times.
Follow up with internal and external teams on deadlines and deliverables ensuring quality and accuracy.
Stay updated with new advertising and digital trends to recommend innovative ideas to clients.
Identify upselling opportunities and propose additional services to support client growth.
Review and approve all deliverables (content visuals media plans reports) before client presentation.
Present strategies reports and deliverables confidently to clients.
Organize client documentation ensuring proper record-keeping and reporting.
Take ownership of deliverable quality ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations.
Forecast potential client issues and handle crises with minimal management escalation.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field.
3 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in a digital agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
