Job Description
In order to better support our customers and make every journey a unique experience we are looking for the future Manager of our Amsterdam West Branch.
By joining SIXT you will become part of a globally recognised brand known for its high-end service and premium fleet of vehicles where managers are true leaders in charge of all decisions leading to the smooth running of their branch.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You will do everything necessary to provide an exceptional experience to both our national and international customers: daily management of the branch and fleet ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards monitoring customer satisfaction indicators and implementing improvement actions
You will contribute to the commercial development and success of the branch: increasing revenue and profit margins conducting competitive analysis setting pricing strategies local sales actions and developing and retaining both B2B and B2C clients
You will manage a sales team of 6 people: recruitment training development planning managing disciplinary issues driving sales performance (briefings weekly/monthly meetings coaching...) and creating a stimulating work environment that fosters team spirit
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Management and Leadership You have previous experience managing a profit center and leading a team preferably in sales or tourism. You are known for your leadership your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for teamwork
Performance Culture You have an entrepreneurial mindset are results-oriented and do whatever it takes to achieve the set goals. You place great importance on customer satisfaction by offering premium service and providing an exceptional experience to every client
Organisation and Adaptability You have high standards and are able to adapt in an ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Driving License You hold a valid driving license you will be required to move vehicles for the operational needs of your branch
Languages You are fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English to serve our national and international clients
