Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee two strategic payment products: Shop with Points and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy development and growth while ensuring operational excellence across both programs.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management of Shop with Points and BNPL products including strategy development implementation roadmap and performance tracking
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with technology operations marketing and risk teams to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders partners and vendors while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements
- Monitor program health through KPIs market analysis and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
