Job Description
An IT Manager at iCliGo is proactive and visionary with experience in managing technology people and processes. This profile plays a key role in ensuring the reliability security and scalability of the companys technological infrastructure while driving innovation and supporting business growth.
This person combines strong leadership and problem-solving skills with technical expertise ensuring that IT systems run smoothly securely and in alignment with the companys goals.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with the companys objectives;
Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure (networks servers cloud security devices);
Lead support and develop the IT team fostering collaboration and best practices;
Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data protection policies are applied consistently;
Manage external vendors IT contracts and budget;
Support digital transformation projects and automation of business processes;
Act as the main point of contact for critical incidents and ensure continuity plans are in place.
What were looking for:
A degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field;
Proven experience in IT management (ideally 5 years in similar roles);
Strong knowledge of infrastructure cloud environments (Azure/AWS) networks and cybersecurity;
Experience managing teams and external vendors;
Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
Natural curiosity and eagerness to introduce new ideas and tools that simplify daily work;
Fluent in English.
