The Opportunity

Metalcorp is looking for a Storeperson in our Warehouse/Operations team based in Bundaberg. Metalcorp is a leading rural Australian steel distributor supplying brands for the land through our branches and stockist across Australia.

Youll be part of a friendly supportive team helping keep our warehouse operations running smoothly making sure our products and solutions are delivered safely and on time. Whether youve worked in a trade retail manufacturing or another active role well give you full training and ongoing support to learn every part of the job plus opportunities to grow your skills and progress your career.

What Will You Do

Bring your practical skills and energy to a hands-on and varied role where youll receive store assemble and load orders and handle dispatch duties. You will also:

• meet and greet our valued customers
• safely load and unload trucks and customer pickups
• operate forklifts cranes and other machine processing equipment (including onsite truck driving)
• pick and pack from stock on-site to create specific orders
• look out for the safety of yourself and your co-workers

This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys being on their feet working with their hands and being part of a team that gets the job done. Were looking for people with:
