- $155k base 16.5% Super Fortnightly Rostered Day Off

Your new role
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our this pivotal role your leadership is at the heart of our operations you will lead and support a highly skilled technical overhead workgroup engaged in network maintenance and emergency response activities.
- Strategic thinking to build & develop collaborative teams
- Management of competing priorities
- Attend to and resolve or coordinate the resolution of customer complaints
- Undertake relevant audits and inspections and check and/or complete compliance-based documentation
- Planning packages of live work tasks
- Validating defects in field and providing recommended rectifications
- Monitoring site safety of internal and contract crews
- Updating and/or providing accurate data to update ERP systems such as SAP GIS etc
- Performance management

The successful candidate will hold Safety as a core value! You are a skilled and passionate leader who is Electrically qualified (Cert III Electrotechnology or ESI OH/UG). We need you to be experienced in leading and developing field-based employees in heavy industry and/or high-risk environments. You are a strong communicator who thrives on fostering strong relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You are highly adaptable agile and work well within a collaborative environment. We need someone who can plan and prioritise their workloads to meet tight deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of trade-based practices preferably in the electricity distribution industry
- Class C Drivers Licence.
- Electrical Safety Rules accreditation
- Sound knowledge of relevant statutes regulations and procedures such as safe working practices network standards and codes of practice
