Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Waxahachie TX facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager this role is responsible for driving production performance ensuring safety compliance and leading a team of production associates to achieve quality and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and supervise production associates on assigned shifts.
- Monitor and improve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety quality and productivity.
- Oversee production schedules assign tasks and ensure timely completion of goals.
- Enforce company policies regarding safety environmental compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste increase efficiency and improve processes.
- Ensure proper training tools and resources are provided to all team members.
- Maintain accurate time attendance and production records.
- Conduct performance reviews recognize achievements and address disciplinary issues when necessary.
- Support machine setups adjustments and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure smooth shift handoffs and maintain a safe clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
- Knowledge of safety environmental and quality compliance standards
- Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to work on a manufacturing floor with moderate to high noise levels
