MultiPro Property Solutions is launching a new branch in Tampa FL and were seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead the startup of this location. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations including recruiting independent subcontractors managing day-to-day service execution and developing strong relationships with new clients. A key focus will be establishing efficient operational procedures driving performance and cultivating a positive high-accountability branch culture from the ground up.
As the Branch Manager youll be responsible for delivering a full range of make-ready repair and maintenance and renovation services. You will lead internal staffing and contractor onboarding enforce quality and safety standards and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with company goals.
The ideal candidate is a growth-minded leader with strong business acumen and a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new branch operations. Experience managing multi-department teams with full P&L responsibility.
Compensation & Work Environment Details:
Salary Range: $85000 - $107000
Bonus: Target bonus is 17.5% of annual salary (paid quarterly)
Auto Allowance: Fixed bi-weekly payment monthly variable mileage reimbursement
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed

Comprehensive Benefits:
The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors including the candidates location level of experience and skill set. As such it may fall outside the range listed above.
