Position description / Job description

* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.* Negotiate freight rates effectively balancing profitability with client satisfaction.* Actively manage sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation and exceeding targets.* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitive landscapes.* Collaborate with operations and documentation teams for smooth service delivery.* Generate regular sales reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting to senior management.* Provide exceptional customer service ensuring timely resolution of client concerns.

Expectations / Requirements

Were looking for you if:* Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Logistics or a related field.* 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the FCL LCL and air freight services industry.* Deep understanding of global trade shipping regulations and Incoterms.* Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.* Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer data effectively.* Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer information and relationships.* Experience in developing and managing budgets is a plus.
