Overview:
A growing and reputable insurance agency is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Construction Account Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Philadelphia area ideal for someone with construction insurance experience and strong client service skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ranging from $100k to $500k in premiums
Collaborate with Producers to service and grow existing accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
Analyze and assess clients insurance needs providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Handle policy endorsements renewals and cancellations
Assist with claims processing and resolution as needed
Qualifications:
Active P&C License required
Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management system
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
