Job Description
- Client Advisory & Relationship Building:Act as the primary travel consultant for FIT clients understanding their preferences aspirations and budgetsDeliver personalized travel recommendations and position yourself as a trusted advisor. Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
- Itinerary Design & Execution: Curate bespoke domestic and international itineraries that balance leisure culture and exclusivity. Ensure flawless execution of bookings — flights hotels transport excursions and experiences. Incorporate unique experiences upgrades and value-adds to elevate the journey.
- Vendor & Partner Collaboration : Develop strong partnerships with hotels airlines tourism boards and destination management companies (DMCs). Negotiate competitive rates offers and inclusions to deliver both value and margin. Stay current on global travel trends seasonal opportunities and destination highlights.
- Customer Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure end-to-end support: pre-trip briefing on-trip assistance and post-trip engagement. Proactively resolve client concerns and manage escalations with empathy and efficiency. Measure and improve customer satisfaction through structured feedback (CSAT/NPS)
- Business Growth & Performance: Drive revenue growth by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Support marketing initiatives with insights content and itinerary showcases. Track and report on KPIs: conversion rates revenue per booking margins repeat business and client satisfaction
