As a Commercial Superintendent you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing commercial construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing according to specifications.
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Communicate effectively with project teams clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of construction progress materials and personnel.
Requirements:
Experience
- 10 plus years of progressively responsible experience on Commercial Construction Projects and management of field personnel. A demonstrated ability to have successfully managed ground up commercial projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes methods and materials.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
