Job Title: Rolling Machine Operator Company: Allmarc Industries Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kanbha Village Ahmedabad Gujarat

Job Summary: The Rolling Machine Operator is responsible for setting up operating and monitoring plate and section rolling machines to form steel and aluminium components used in scaffolding systems formwork beams solar structures and access products. The operator must ensure precision in curvature and consistency in output while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Machine Setup & Operation
Set up and operate hydraulic/mechanical rolling machines for plates pipes and custom sections.
Perform pre-rolling setup checks and alignment of rollers according to job specifications.
Roll materials like MS SS GI and Aluminium sheets or profiles to specified radius and diameters.
Product Handling
Handle production for:
Custom Rolling Section
Walkway Planks & Anti-skid Decking
Formwork Beams (All beam)
Ladders & Solar Structural Components
Wind Tower Sections and Pipe-Support Fabrications
Ensure dimensional accuracy and avoid surface deformation buckling or cracking.
Reading Drawings & Tolerances
Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and job cards with accurate radius diameter and material specifications.
Confirm finished components meet tolerance standards and curvature accuracy.
Quality Control & Output Inspection
Conduct in-process and post-process inspections using gauges templates and measuring tools.
Record rolling dimensions and surface conditions in quality check logs.
Identify non-conformities and collaborate with QC for corrective actions.
Machine Maintenance & Safety
Perform daily machine maintenance including lubrication alignment checks and safety interlocks.
Comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and internal SOPs.
Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE during machine operations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain machine logs production records and batch tracking sheets.
Report material usage machine issues and output count to supervisors.
Support in material traceability for job orders related to solar structures formwork systems and scaffolding accessories.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience operating 3-roll or 4-roll plate bending machines pyramid rollers or profile section rollers.
Knowledge of material properties and rolling characteristics of steel stainless steel and aluminium.
Ability to control and monitor rolling parameters like pressure feed rate and roller speed.
Understanding of curvature correction and post-rolling straightening processes.
Educational Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Fabrication Trade.
3 5 years of relevant experience in operating rolling machines in fabrication or manufacturing setup.

Salary: As per industry norms commensurate with skills and experience.
