You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAir Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European the space of 4 years it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa Middle-East and India and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Liaise directly with the external service provider to report and manage any changes to shareholder data (e.g. employee departures entity changes)
Validate incoming early release requests to ensure completeness and adherence to procedures
For entity payment accurately dispatch sales of shares dividend and fractional rights payments to shareholders
To assist employee Shareholders on their formalities (process explanation online account access etc.)
Are you a MATCH
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role HR administration HR Shared Services or a similar analytical position within a complex organization
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and case management tools (e.g. MyHR or similar)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling document verification and process execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees internal stakeholders and external partners
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Individual Shareholders HRBP COE C&B Finance Legal)
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to speak additional languages relevant to the companys operations
