What youll work on:

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing and upselling to existing clients within investor relations corporate strategy business development corporate treasury and C-suite functions at publicly traded corporations.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients in investor relations strategy treasury and the C-suite on our IR solutions and partner offerings that enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Drive revenue and client growth within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Conduct demonstrations of IR services.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive lead generation and growth.
  • Maintain a high level of prospecting activity.

What we look for:

  • Minimum of 8 years of B2B consultative selling experience with a proven track record as a new business hunter.
  • Significant experience in client services or sales focusing on IR advisory or market data solutions for corporations and/or capital markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in Japanese (native) and business-level English.
  • Solid understanding of investor relations.
  • A bachelors degree in finance accounting or economics is preferred. CFA or MBA designations are a plus.
  • Experience working collaboratively across different groups in a multinational matrix organization.
  • Proven skills in communication selling analysis negotiation problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales opportunities and customer activity.
  • Experience in creating and executing contracts using templates and working with legal teams.
