Position at JBS USA
Parts Room Coordinator 2nd Shift
JBS is seeking an hourly Production Team Member! This position starts at $24.00.

Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels track stock movements and conduct regular cycle counts using SAP.
- Receive inspect and store incoming parts ensuring they are properly labeled and organized in the parts room.
- Monitor and maintain reorder points for high-use parts to prevent zero stock.
- Ensure the parts room is clean organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Utilize SAP for inventory tracking reporting and analysis.
- Create and process purchase requisitions purchase orders and manage vendor information within SAP.
- Reconcile vendor invoice discrepancies and work with accounting Accounts Payable and vendors to resolve any problems.
- Source parts and equipment from approved suppliers negotiating pricing and lead times.
- Collaborate with suppliers to confirm part availability and track orders.
- Manage shipping and returns including processing invoices and credits.
- Assist maintenance and production teams in locating and checking out required parts.
- Work with maintenance to identify parts usage trends and optimize inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with vendors maintenance staff and other departments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED Required OR related experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Mathematical analytical abilities and clerical skills required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This is an hourly position must be able to work overtime. Must be flexible to cover 1st shift from time to time as needed.

- Technical Capacity.
- Working in a manufacturing environment
Work Environment
The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures. It may also require the use of sharp tools such as knives.
