Upon the request of job task sheet of SL and the customers ITB prepare the summary of ITB;
Prepare and complete the technical proposal;
Prepare the summary of the technical proposal;
Coordinate proposal execution within the group and among other departments so as to achieve more efficiency and better use of resources ;
Establish technical proposal modules and develop/optimize the technical proposals;
Make technical communication and clarification with customers together with SL;
Capitalize completed proposals;
File the completed proposals into the Product Catalog.
Bachelor degree or above of engineering;
Above 3 years experience of engineering especially in process design and commissioning; (for Senior proposal engineer 6 years experience)
Familiar with the process and equipment of ASU petroleum gases and chemical engineering;
Good cooperation organization and communication skills;
Good English and computer skills.
