Senior Partnership Manager GCR

Are you ready to bring your deep sales expertise to a worldclass marketleading company at the intersection of content and technology

We are seeking a Senior Partnership Manager for our greater China markets who is knowledgeable capable and charismatic with proven experience working with the big four advisory firms Global/Regional System Integrators in GCR.

Based in Shanghai or Beijing or Hong Kong youll bring a proven record of hitting sales targets building and executing partner-led gotomarket strategies and delivering on corporate sales revenue operational and strategic goals.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Senior Partnership Manager GCR you will:

  • Recruit onboard and activate partners aligned to the GCR partner strategy and engagement model.
  • Build and optimize the partner network: assess current partners identify and sign new ones and negotiate/finalize agreements with Clevel stakeholders.
  • Drive joint gotomarket and sales planning with partnersstrategic relationships account planning and clear GTM motions with KPIs on reach frequency and yield.
  • Develop partner capability through training product knowledge and enablement resources to ensure success.
  • Cobuild and manage pipeline with partners; identify opportunities and execute to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Orchestrate internal support across sales marketing operations learning and support; create a virtual partner support team and coordinate stakeholders.
  • Establish a strong GCR partnership ecosystem and governance model leveraging crosssell upsell and competitor displacement while influencing resources across units and regions.

About You

Youre a fit for the role of Senior Partnership Manager GCR if you have the following required qualifications:

  • 10 years of business development and or sales/partnership experience with large enterprise technology companies in GCR.
  • ERP solution experience is a plus
  • Strong executor of strategies within the GCR market to establish effective alliances with identified partners.
  • Successful track record of developing new business and leading multiple strategic partnerships. Demonstrated level of success in achieving sales/revenue targets over a significant period of time.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable with complexity; able to apply a regional perspective to ensure global alignment to broader strategies and framework.
  • Strong networks in relevant industries and evidence of long-term collaborative relationships with external customers and partners. Aptitude for identifying and solving customer problems through creative solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience in collaborating across the business and achieve buy in engagement and commitment from other internal parties. Able to rapidly build strong and effective relationships internally across the business and with Partners organization.

  • Results-oriented performance-driven team player with strong interpersonal and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team locally and regionally
