Pay Rate/Range: $16/hr
Description: This position is responsible for preparing cooking and serving a variety of menu items while ensuring a high standard of quality presentation and customer service. Duties include operating grills stovetops and other kitchen equipment; prepping ingredients such as vegetables meats condiments and sauces; and overseeing food stations like grill pizza deli salad bar and specialty areas. The role involves setting up and breaking down workstations following food safety and sanitation guidelines restocking supplies taking inventory and maintaining accurate temperature logs and production records. Additional responsibilities include assisting with unloading and storing supplies keeping the kitchen clean and organized and providing prompt friendly service to guests.
Job Requirements: Qualified candidates should have prior experience in food preparation or hospitality possess basic knife skills and demonstrate knowledge of safe food handling practices. The ability to learn quickly work efficiently in a high-volume environment and maintain strong organizational skills is essential. A commitment to quality service flexibility to cross-train in various kitchen areas and attention to detail are required. This position also involves physical demands such as lifting 4050 lbs bending walking climbing stairs and standing for the duration of scheduled shifts.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Saturday 4:30am-3:30pm
