Farber Center for Periodontics & Dental Implants is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our outstanding this role you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our dental surgery practice ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing exceptional service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental billing and records management along with a passion for delivering high-quality patient :Monday 8:30am-5:30pmWednesday 8:30am 5:30pmThursday 8am -6 4pmSaturday 7:30am-2pmQualificationsPrevious experience in a dental office setting is of Denticon is highly organizational skills with attention to communication skills both verbal and to work effectively in a team-oriented you are passionate about oral surgery and possess the necessary skills to thrive in a fast-paced dental office environment we encourage you to apply for this exciting Type: Full-timePay: From $24.00 - $26.00per hour based on experienceBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement plan

Responsibilities
- Customer Service; acknowledge smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
- Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
- Answering Telephones
- Scheduling Appointments
- Maintaining Appointment Book
- Confirming Appointments
- Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
- Register Patients on sign in sheet
- Post charges and payments to patient accounts
- Checking voicemail on a daily basis
- Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 4 years of Dental experience is required
