* $5000 Sign-On Bonus for LPN/RNs
Full-time: 0.9FTE Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with one day off each week OR 4 days/week 9 hours/day

Responsibilities
We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team. This position is open toLicensed Practical Nurses (LPN) orRegistered Nurses (RN). The Clinical Nurse will provide support in patient care across all ages assisting with exams treatments and patient education in a primary care setting.
Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures
Room payients record patient histories vital signs and document in the electronic health record (EHR)
Administer medications immunizations and treatments per scope of licensure
Educate patients on health medications and follow-up care
Coordinate referrals and patient care follow-ups
Ensure a clean safe and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
Active LPN orRNlicense in Iowa
Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
EHR proficiency preferred
- A team player - ability to multi-tas
