Job Title: LPN Long Term Care

Assignment Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment in a Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The ideal candidate will have prior LTC experience and be confident in providing a wide range of nursing care.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and providing treatments

• Administering medications

• Communicating pertinent updates to MDs/NPs

• Supporting admissions and discharges

• Assisting with ADLs

• Gastrostomy tube and urinary catheter care

• Administering nebulized treatments

• Wound VAC and CPAP care

• Other assigned duties as needed

Shift Information:

• Varied shifts based on census and facility needs

Vaccination Requirement:

• Proof of flu vaccination is required prior to the contract start date or an approved medical/religious exemption.

• Flu shots may be administered during the employee health clearance appointment.
