Job Description

Chick-fil-A Cheltenham is seeking business professionals & developed leaders to support the business by communicating tracking training and coaching all team members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Talent Acquisition Manager exhibits and teaches passionate friendly and genuine customer service. The Talent Acquisition Manager must become a professional in each position to demonstrate the Chick-fil-A way of completing every task. The Talent Acquisition Manager will continuously work with the team in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture.


In this role youll split your time between overseeing and supporting operations on the floor and leading recruitment activities such as screening applications conducting interviews making hires and managing documentation and filing systems.


MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY!



  • Oversees & delegates tasks to Trainers
  • Develops Team Members through a training program and coaching
  • Conducts assessments & evaluations of Team Members
  • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to Owner/Operator for appropriate handling
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Participates in Operations with the majority of the time spent supervising on the floor
  • Serves as subject matter expert to team members for ongoing hospitality and service support
  • Leads all aspects of quality guest relations ensuring that 2nd Mile Service is delivered at all times
  • Complete understanding of all positions in both the front and back of the store
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds

  • Desire to continuously learn
