We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing accounts payable and expenses for the bank. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and expense claims.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Review expense claims and ensure compliance with bank policies
- Prepare monthly expense reports and ensure accurate accounting of expenses
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audits
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance or above
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and expense management
- Working experience in sizeable company
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
