Job Summary

Executive Officer in the Faculty of Arts(Ref.: 533603) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totally up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelors degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in project management and event organization ideally within tertiary institutions. They should demonstrate the ability to work independently with initiative combined with strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

The appointee will oversee the operations of the AI & Humanity Lab and Hong Kong Ethics Lab. Key responsibilities include the planning preparation and execution of various projects events and initiatives. They will also provide a full spectrum of support in relation to marketing and promotion finance human resources committee coordination and ad hoc tasks as required. Occasional work outside office hours may be required.
